Data deduplication, which consists of three stages, allows you to access and manage the correct data by deduplicating your data inside or outside of CRM.
1- Data Cleaning, this is considered the first step of the process. E-mail, mobile phone, name and surname, TC identity typing errors and so on. The accuracy of the information is checked.
2- Data Merge,Duplicate records are found after data is compared according to appropriate algorithms.
3- Data Enrichment, It is the process of feeding the records from the most up-to-date source while combining the records. When merging records, the most up-to-date field is taken from the most up-to-date source. It is essential that each information is fed from the most up-to-date source while deduplicating the cleaned data.
